Preparing to Travel
After you enroll in the course, you still have work to do! Here’s a checklist of items for you to follow, that will ensure your readiness to travel. Remember to get your passport and complete and submit your scholarship applications. Keep up with your tuition and registration fees, and feel free to meet with your faculty leader and IEC to discuss fundraising opportunities. Submit travel payments according to the published payment schedule, remember to submit a voucher with each payment, and pay the balance of the course fee by the deadline listed in the application. And one last thing, but very important, consult with your lead instructor, and attend all pre-departure orientations and meetings scheduled for your course, all of which are listed in your travel brochure.
