The annual Delaware Tech Terry Campus Chocolate 5k Run/Walk, a sweet event for the whole family, will take place on campus Saturday, February 14, 2026. There is also a virtual option for those who would like to participate remotely.

Registration includes an event T-shirt designed by one of our VSC students. Awards will be presented to overall male and female champions, overall male and female masters winners, the top three finishers in 5-year age groups (10 and under through 70 and over), and the top three male and female walkers.

Proceeds from the event support the College’s Student Emergency Fund, which assists students who encounter unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with their ability to continue their education. This may include changes in housing or employment, illness or injury, being the victim of a crime, or other traumatic events. Donations to this fund help ensure students receive critical support when they need it most.

New this year—bring your competitive spirit! Teams will compete for the largest team and the teams that raise the most funds. Rally your friends, family, coworkers, or classmates, lace up your sneakers, and help make a meaningful impact while having some fun along the way.

We look forward to another successful event supporting the College's Student Emergency Fund.
