Testing Center
The Testing Center offers the following services for students: proctor tests, distance learning activities, weather-related academic provisions, and special class time arrangements.
- Testing arrangements are coordinated between the instructor and student
- Appointments are coordinated with the Testing Center and student
- Students are encouraged to schedule an appointment 48 hours in advance
- Deadline extensions NOT given without prior authorization from instructor
- Instructions provided must be strictly followed
- No cell phones, watches, electronic devices, or earphones/headsets permitted
- Tests must be completed 15 minutes prior to testing center closing
- Current Delaware Tech ID
- Instructor’s name
- Correct test number/chapter (ex. Test 1 or Ch.1)
- Testing materials (pencil, pen, calculator, etc.)

Distance Learning Students are required to include the following information when requesting an appointment:
- Instructor’s name
- Course and number (ex. MAT 282)
- Correct test number/chapter (ex. Test 1 or Ch.1)
- Testing date
We require 48 hours of notice prior to requested test date. This allows staff members to prepare for student’s arrival.
