Over 300 Participants Support Annual Run, White & Blue 5k

The weather was absolutely perfect for 309 participants to compete in the ninth annual Run, White & Blue 5k/1-mile Walk, held at Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Owens Campus in Georgetown on Sept. 8. Proceeds from the event benefit scholarships for veteran and first responder students.
The event kicked off with a fitness warm up from Karin Ryndak of CardioKinetics and a National Anthem performance from Delaware Tech Public Safety Constable Joel Morris. The post-race party included music from Press Play and ice cream from Vanderwende Farm Creamery.
