Delaware Tech Athletics Sets a New Record for Student-Athletes Receiving NJCAA Academic All-American Honors

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ had 24 student-athletes recently receive National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-Academic honors for their academic achievements in the 2022-2023 season. This is a record number of student-athletes receiving this honor, breaking the previous record of 20 which was set just a year ago.
Twenty-one of the 24 student-athletes graduated from a Delaware high school, and the 24 athletes represent six different sports across the college.
The NJCAA All-Academic Award consists of three tiers of teams. The first team includes student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA, the second team includes student-athletes with a 3.8-3.99 GPA, and the third team includes student-athletes with a 3.6-3.79 GPA.
Softball sophomores Carly Collins and Victoria Henry earned first team honors for the third year in a row.
